Vindemio vineyard embraces a holistic and organic approach to winemaking, viewing the vineyard as a living organism within a complex ecosystem. The philosophy is rooted in respecting the natural cycles and rhythms of nature, emphasizing the importance of time as an ally rather than rushing the process.
The vineyard follows a strict biological approach, avoiding the use of chemicals, herbicides, insecticides, and fungicides. Instead, they rely on natural phytosanitary products and organic, mineral fertilizers to promote biodiversity. Practices such as planting cover crops, hedges, and using compost contribute to improving soil quality, vine fertility, and overall ecosystem health.


Vindemio, meaning “I harvest” in Latin, is the result of the Combe family’s dedication to authentic agriculture and sustainable practices. Acquiring the vineyard in 2019, they express a deep connection to the Ventoux appellation and its beautiful terroirs. The focus on vinification by islet, highlighting the differences in terroirs, underscores their commitment to showcasing the unique character and organoleptic qualities of their wines.
The Ventoux appellation wines from Vindemio cover 16.5 hectares across two distinct terroirs. Rooted in organic farming and a rich natural environment, these wines display exceptional aromas, capturing the essence of the region’s history and transmitting a unique and memorable flavor experience.
