A balanced and elegant white wine.
IGNIS, which means “Fire” in Latin, reminds us of the sun. This vintage comes from 2 hectares of white grape varieties, in the town of Mormoiron. Nestled at an altitude of 400 m, the vines over 50 years old face Mont Ventoux. It is an elegant and expressive white wine with floral and fruity notes. The “Ignis” vintage is balanced and slightly woody on the palate.
Pair IGNIS with sole meunière, ceviche or grilled polenta with cherry tomatoes, zucchini and feta. Try on goat cheeses, such as pélardon.
